Based in the north of England, we have established in 1947 and are one of the oldest, long established metal spinning companies in the UK. The Calder Metal Spinning Company offer a range of services to cover our customers requirements. For low volume orders we use traditional hand spinning solutions and for high volume/heavy gauge work we use automatice spinning lathes.

The Calder Metal Spinning Company has an in-house tool and die facility providing the flexibility when designing prototypes and also the economy needed for larger production orders.
Tooling costs for precision metal spinning can often be as little as 1/50th of the complex transfer dies used to stamp the same parts.
Through our flexibility of design, low tooling costs and quick delivery (we can go from blueprint to finished product within a very short time), the Calder Metal Spinning Company has established a leading reputation as a valued supplier to the manufacturing, aerospace, electronics and automotive industries.
